2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following terms:
- Cancellation with 24+ Hours’ Notice:
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule your appointment without penalty.
- Cancellation within 24 Hours of Appointment:
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. However, we may offer a one-time rescheduling option depending on availability.
- No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made by emailing us at go@socialsourcellc.com with your appointment details (e.g., date, time, name).
- All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after a cancellation request is confirmed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
5. No Refunds for Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late for your appointment, the full service will still be rendered, and the full service fee will be charged. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your session may be shortened to respect the time of other clients.

We understand that extenuating circumstances can arise. If you experience an emergency or unforeseen event, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer flexible options at our discretion, but these are handled on a case-by-case basis.
